I worked with the customer service team to modernize how agents support athletes with order-related issues. I designed an intuitive solution and next-stage design recommendations that improve order visibility and streamline communication across agents and internal stakeholders.

I’ve always loved participating in hackathons, just as much as leading them. I had the opportunity to scale a cohesive design vision for over 800+ participants. I managed an 8-person design team and conducted weekly 1-on-1’s, ran crit, and oversaw design direction. We designed a cohesive end-to-end experience spanning merchandise, wayfinding, and the digital website.
